House of Prep is committed to making our store usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We build with semantic HTML, keep colour contrast readable, make every interactive element keyboard-reachable, and respect reduced-motion preferences.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is a continuing process, not a one-time audit. We review new pages and features before launch, and we fix issues reported to us as a priority.
Known limitations
Some third-party widgets embedded in the store (such as reviews or bundle offers) are outside our direct control. If any of them creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will work with the provider or provide the information another way.
