We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Checkout confirms whether delivery is available for your address.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We email your tracking link when your order ships.

Estimated delivery

These estimates begin at dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier schedules, customs and peak periods can cause delays.

Shipping costs and customs

Standard shipping is free to the destinations listed above. Available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. International orders may attract import duties, tariffs or taxes. Charges collected at checkout will be shown there; where charges are not collected, the carrier or customs authority may request payment before delivery. Do not assume an order is exempt because of its value.

Tracking and address changes

Use the link in your dispatch email or visit Track Your Order. Check your address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs changing. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel is outside its estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost are replaced or refunded in full. We will explain any reshipping costs arising from an incorrect address before arranging reshipment.
