Dispatch and tracking

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier operations, customs, weekends and public holidays can affect when a parcel arrives.

Address changes or delays

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible if an address needs correcting or a parcel appears delayed. We’ll check the order’s status and explain what we can do.
